- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Amazing! When I thought I'd never get better. I had been suffering from Achilles heel pain for a number months and after trying to self-manage my recovery through online researches, and getting nowhere, I contacted Kath through my Company’s Health care providers BUPA. She offered me honest and straight-forward advice, on the duration of the treatment, and the effort that I need to put in myself. As a team we were able to improve my condition significantly even though I had come to believe that I’d never be able to go back to my previous exercise levels. Kath gave me hope again and the necessary support to relieve the pain and improve my flexibility permanently and I have now returned to my prior exercising levels.
